Terms of Service
Effective: October 2026. These Terms of Service outline the mutual obligations and commercial standards for all digital agency services delivered by Studio 53 Brand Solutions Pvt Ltd.
1. Scope of Engagement
Studio 53 provides performance advertising, creative strategy, web engineering, video post-production, and CRM pipeline automation. All engagements are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) executed between Studio 53 and the partner organization.
2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Upon full settlement of commercial invoices, all custom creative assets, video edits, landing page codes, and campaign configurations developed specifically for the client are assigned to the client. Studio 53 retains rights to display non-confidential deliverables in case study portfolios.
3. Media Spend & Platform Governance
Ad spend budgets for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube are funded directly by the client or invoiced in advance. Studio 53 operates as a strategic media manager and adheres strictly to platform compliance policies.
